Vendor Agreement
Last updated: 1 October 2026. This agreement applies to vendors selling on Lomiaa. By applying to sell, you agree to these terms.
1. Vendor eligibility
Vendors must be legally authorized to sell in India, provide accurate business details, and comply with applicable laws, including GST, Legal Metrology, and consumer protection rules.
2. Commission and payouts
Lomiaa charges a platform commission of 12% on the net sale value. Payouts are made after delivery and any applicable return window. You are responsible for your own taxes and GST compliance.
3. Product responsibilities
You must provide accurate product descriptions, images, sizing, and inventory. You are responsible for product quality, legal compliance, and ownership of all product rights.
4. Shipping and service
You must ship orders within the committed time, maintain serviceable delivery standards, and cooperate with returns and customer support. You may use your own logistics or a courier arranged by us.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not list counterfeit, illegal, or unsafe products; manipulate reviews; misrepresent origin or price; or engage in any activity that violates Indian law or platform rules.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your vendor account for breach, poor performance, or legal risk. Outstanding customer refunds must be settled before any final payout.
