Shipping & Delivery Policy
Last updated: 1 October 2026. This policy describes how orders are dispatched, delivered, and what to do if there is a problem.
1. Dispatch times
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Some items may take longer due to small-batch production or vendor stock.
2. Delivery times
Standard delivery within India takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Metro areas are often faster, while remote areas may take longer. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
3. Shipping charges
Shipping is free on orders above ₹1,999.00. Otherwise, a standard fee of ₹79.00 applies.
4. Cash on delivery
COD orders attract a convenience fee of ₹49.00. You must pay the courier at delivery. If you refuse delivery, the COD fee is not refundable.
5. Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email and in your account once the order is shipped. Use it to follow the parcel with the courier partner.
6. Delivery issues
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged, contact support within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and, where necessary, arrange a replacement or refund.
