Terms of Use
Last updated: 1 October 2026. These terms apply to all users of Lomiaa and form a binding agreement between you and Lomiaa Retail Private Limited.
1. About this platform
Lomiaa is a multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace. We do not manufacture or own the products sold on the platform. Independent vendors list, price, and ship their products. Our role is to provide a secure marketplace, payment processing, and customer support.
2. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, browsing, or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our privacy policy, refund and cancellation policy, and all other policies linked from the footer. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
3. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information, including your address, phone number, and payment details. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
4. Products and pricing
Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided by vendors. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We work to keep information accurate, but we are not liable for honest mistakes by vendors. Inventory is limited, and we may cancel an order if stock is unavailable.
5. Orders and payments
An order is confirmed when payment is successfully processed or when a cash-on-delivery order is created. Prepaid orders are processed through Cashfree. COD orders are collected by the courier or vendor at delivery. You are responsible for ensuring payment details are correct.
6. Shipping and delivery
Shipping times and charges are stated at checkout. We do not guarantee a specific delivery date because courier partners and local conditions can affect transit. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. You must inspect parcels on receipt and report visible damage to the courier or support team.
7. Returns, cancellations, and refunds
Cancellations are allowed before dispatch, subject to stock availability. Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery for eligible products. Refunds are processed according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Innerwear, socks, and personalized items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
8. Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, design elements, and content on this platform are owned by Lomiaa Retail Private Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or misuse platform content without written permission. Vendor product ownership remains with the vendor.
9. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to use the platform for illegal purposes, upload harmful content, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with platform operations, or use automated tools to scrape data or place orders.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order in the preceding three months.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from this platform.
12. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the platform or by email. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
